** Swatara in Studio making next demo (5-3-05)

*May 3rd 2005-   We are in "the studio" cutting the next CD.  It is unclear right now when we will be releasing, but we hope to have it done early summer.   The CD should be 8 tracks with 5 new songs and 3 RE-mastered songs off the chains of silence release,(make it through the night, 2 Strykes, and Stretched beyond means).  As far as show dates none are on the agenda right now, because of recording and rehersal with new lineup.  We will be setting up some {metal} shows soon- hopefully a CD release party(maybe) and a gig with some friends-     Stay posted on the Swatara Website for show dates and leave us a +line on our message board

*feb 26th- Live at the "Cheap thrills" shack in st. cloud.  Concluding the un-declared Swatara/Enshrined 2-day tour.  The java joint show re-cap: a total of 130 people.  On behalf of Swatara and Enshrined- we thank all who came to the show and supported us.  We (swatara)  are looking forward to playing future shows with enshrined in order to promote both bands. *February 25- Swatara Live at the Java Joint with Enshrine, Dismal, and T.B.A.  The managers of the Joint have asked us to make this a 150+ turnout- Support your local Metal and see us at the Java on Friday the 25th!!!!!

Corey Plafcan (Cactus) has Joined Swatara on Bass, and Josh Holm will now play rythm/lead guitar.  I (Martin) am currently working on getting the new website setup. WE have the New Domain of  www.swatara.net and I have Webspace, but no design as of yet.  I am puting out a offer to anyone with webdesign power to help me in building the website, (i am also offering $$ for help)  Email me   madtdogs@aol.com

*October 10th- Sunday, Sunday Sunday! 9:30-10 p.m.->   Listen in to Rockin' 101's "homegrown" for an interview with us . they will be  playing a few tracks off the last CD "Chains of Silence" . Also:  if anyone is interested I have The interview on CD along with the Chains of silence album- if anyone wants a copy- for free***  they can contact martin 320-309-7937, or by email- madtdogs@aol.com

*September 11th- Biker Party- Jon Corrigan (former bandmate)is putting together a biker rally-party-get-together type of shindig. Swatara was asked to play, and we are still deciding what will happen.

* July 4th*****  The Lab (4th AVE) The show is on with fallacy and like 11 other bands, we go on early, ( before 4 p.m.) if you are in the area- swing in for  beer(s) and some Metal !..!.  .!..!

* June 11th (friday)- Java Joint- Swatara will headline show with "screaming monkeyboner" and t.b.a. opening.  Show should start around 8, {stay for crumpets and tea!}....j/k
